Presenting symptoms of this interstitial pulmonary disease can be acute or subacute. However, it differs from the well -recognized histologic patterns of acute pulmonary lesion - Diffuse Alveolar Damage (DAD), Organizing Pneumonia (OP) and Eosinophilic Pneumonia (EP).
