| dc.description.abstract | The authors present a clinical case of a male, 53-years old with a multiple sclerosis like syndrome, progressive, with 3 years of evolution. The patient also referred dry eye and inflammatory arthralgias, the complementary workup was according with Sjögren's Syndrome.
